The Geothermal Alliance of Illinois is THE organization for the geothermal heat pump industry in Illinois. Members include contractors, loop installers, manufacturers and distributors, utilities, engineers and architects.

The GAOI goal is to promote and advance the use of geothermal systems in the Land of Lincoln. The www.gaoi.org website includes a dealer locator feature where consumers can locate a GAOI member-dealer. The website’s blog feature carries current information about the industry.

GAOI will sponsor the first Illinois Geothermal Conference March 1-2, 2011, in Peoria. The best and brightest in the geo industry will be in Peoria for the conference. Network with others in the industry and learn more about the trade at the conference. And, lastly, the GAOI has developed an Illinois geothermal accreditation program. Testing will be available at the conference.
